Bewell is proud to stand by our quality craftsmanship with a 1-year Limited Warranty from date of purchase. Your watch is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship
Warranty only valid for products purchased from our online store (http://www.sabewell.co.za). There are many cheap imitations sold elsewhere and we do not offer a warranty on any products not bought from our online-only store.
The 1-year Limited Warranty also includes all components and craftsmanship of the movement and watch case. We will repair, or, at our option, replace any defective Bewell products with the same or a comparable model. We will refund the purchase if repair or replacement is not commercially possible.
The warranty will become null and void if misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart, or if the timepiece is repaired by anyone other than a professional jeweler. The warranty is not extended to the watch strap, bracelet, finish, crystal, crown, battery, watch scratched face or scratched sunglasses lenses. The warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential or special damage arising from any or all uses of the watch.
Note: All Bewell wood watches are splash resistant only, and are only suitable for light / occasional water contact.(washing hands and light rain) As such, the 1-year warranty does not cover water intrusion damages.
